Delivery

We deliver anywhere in Lebanon for $4.00. Delivery is free on orders of $70.00 or more.

Confirmation

After you place your order, we confirm it with you on WhatsApp before we send it.

Delivery times

Orders usually arrive within 2 to 5 working days after we confirm them.

Payment

You pay in cash when your order arrives, in US dollars or in Lebanese pounds at the current exchange rate. There is nothing to pay online.

If we can't deliver

If the courier can't reach you, they will try to arrange another time with you. An order that can't be delivered or is refused at the door is cancelled.

When your parcel arrives

Please check your products when you receive them. If something arrives damaged, leaking or wrong, tell us on WhatsApp within 48 hours (see Returns).
