Who we are

This shop is run by Aurelys Cosmetics, which is responsible for the information described here. You can reach us on WhatsApp (+961 70 000 000) or by email at contact@aurelyscosmetics.com.

What we collect and why

When you order, we ask for your name, mobile number, governorate, city and address, and, if you wish, a landmark and notes. Name, mobile number, governorate, city and address are needed: without them we can't confirm or deliver your order. The landmark and notes are optional.

We use this information only to confirm, prepare and deliver your order, and to contact you about it. You don't need an account. If you choose to have your details remembered, they are saved on your device only, not on our servers.

Who receives it

Our team, and the delivery company, which receives what it needs to deliver your order and collect the payment.

Our website, order database and order notifications run on service providers that handle data for us: Cloudflare (website), Supabase (order database, with its servers in the European Union) and Telegram (order alerts to our team). They don't use it for their own purposes.

We don't sell your information and we don't use it for advertising.

Cookies and your device

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. Your bag, and your details if you choose to have them remembered, are kept in your browser's storage on your device. A security check from Cloudflare protects the checkout from automated abuse. We may count visits anonymously, without cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep your order details as long as needed to handle your order, and then as long as Lebanese law requires us to keep business records. After that, they are deleted.

Your rights

You can ask us to see the information we hold about you, to correct or complete it, or to delete what we no longer need to keep. You can also object to its use. Send your request on WhatsApp (+961 70 000 000); corrections are made free of charge within 10 days.

Keeping it safe

Only our team can see orders, after signing in. Information is sent over encrypted connections.
