Terms of sale

These terms apply to every order placed on this website with Aurelys Cosmetics. They are available in English and French, with the same meaning; the version in the language you order in applies. You can save or print this page.

How to order

Add products to your bag, then go to checkout and enter your delivery details. Before you place the order, you can review and correct everything: the products, quantities, total and your details. After you place it, you see your order number and a link to follow your order.

Your order is confirmed once we have confirmed it with you on WhatsApp. We may cancel an order if a product turns out to be unavailable or the details can't be confirmed; you pay nothing in that case.

Prices

Prices are in US dollars and include everything except delivery, which is $4.00 (free on orders of $70.00 or more). The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order; if a price changed while you were shopping, we show you the new price before you confirm.

Payment

Payment is in cash on delivery, in US dollars or in Lebanese pounds at the current exchange rate.

Delivery, returns and damaged items

Delivery is explained on the Delivery page. All sales are final: we don't accept returns or exchanges. Damaged, leaking or wrong items reported within 48 hours are replaced, as explained on the Returns page.

Products

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can, but colours and shades can look different from one screen to another.

Your order record

We keep a record of each order as long as Lebanese law requires us to keep business records. You can ask us for a copy on WhatsApp (+961 70 000 000).

Changes and applicable law

We may update these terms; the version shown when you place an order applies to it. These terms are governed by Lebanese law.
