All sales are final

For hygiene and safety reasons, we don't accept returns or exchanges. Please check the product, shade and size before you order; if you're unsure, ask us on WhatsApp first.

Damaged, leaking or wrong items

If a product arrives damaged, leaking, or isn't what you ordered, send us a message on WhatsApp (+961 70 000 000) within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and clear photos of the product and its packaging.

Keep the product and its packaging. Once we've checked the photos, we send you a replacement at no cost to you, and the courier collects the damaged or wrong item.

If the same product is no longer available, we'll offer you another product of the same value.
